Our Accomelt Plus line is ideally suited for use in combination with a feeder system. When setting up carton trays, this combination shows its added value in improving continuity and increasing ease of production . It provides an ergonomic system with a clean cut-off and leaves no residue, leading to little to no contamination of the gluing system and therefore longer durability . It also provides options for precise setting of dosages .
The combination between Accomelt Plus hot melt and a belt feeder provides savings in adhesive consumption by minimizing waste, as well as a reduced risk of failure and low equipment maintenance costs.

Small labor
Save the cost of throwing cardboard away unnecessarily by purchasing a hand glue gun with glue sticks! We recommend purchasing a simple industry hand glue gun such as the Tec 806 Tec 820 Tecbond 213 gluesticks
Cleaning
Maintenance and cleaning of our small manual products can easily be handled using the Accoclean cleanser. Next to that, we have added a biologically degradable cleanser to our product range: the Accosol G. Both cleansers work equally well and get the job done effortlessly.
