Payment

Which payment methods are available?

Payments can be made using your own bank, either through iDEAL or by transferring the purchase amount to our bank account. Please contact us via info@lijmpartner.nl if you would like to pay via invoice.

How do I pay using iDEAL?

One of the payment methods that are available via the web shop is iDEAL. After selecting your bank from the dropdown menu in iDEAL, payment can be finalized in the online environment of your own bank. Once we have received your payment, this will be communicated to you via email and we will send your shipment to you as soon as possible.

How do I pay by transferring the purchase amount?

One of the payment methods that are available via the web shop is by independently transferring the purchase amount to the Lijmpartner bank account. Once we have received your payment, this will be communicated to you via email and we will send your shipment to you as soon as possible.

Shipment & Delivery

What are the current delivery times?

Your shipment is generally delivered within 1-3 business days, given that the ordered products are in stock. Delivery times depend on the chosen payment method. Feel free to contact us in case you would like to get an indication of the current delivery times of a product.

Paid using iDEAL: delivery within 1-3 business days
Transfer using bank: delivery within 3-4 business days
Packages sent to customers in the Netherlands are generally delivered within 24 hours of shipment
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or when an order is placed during the weekend or on a public holiday

In case the delivery time of an order deviates from our standard delivery times, we will notify you as soon as possible and if desired change the order. If you have not received your order within 3 business days, please contact us. In case of extraordinary orders with extended delivery times, feel free to contact us occasionally for an update on the expected delivery date.

What are the costs of delivery?

Your order will be shipped using GLS, PostNL, DHL, or a similar carrier. We will use the carrier that is most appropriate for your order at the time of shipment.

Shipping costs for the Netherlands:

0-10 kg: 12,50€
10-22,99 kg: 22,95€
23-31,99 kg: 27,50€
> 32 kg, 45,00€

Shipping costs for Belgium:

0-10 kg: 19,95€
10-14,99 kg: 25,00€
15-19,99 kg: 32,50€
20-31,99 kg: 42,50€
> 32 kg: 65,00€

Is it possible to pick up my delivery?

Yes, please contact us via email or phone to set an appointment. Our distribution center is located at Weverstraat 5B, 5111PV Baarle-Nassau. Customers that opt for pick-up of course will not be charged any delivery costs.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via email. This way, you can stay up-to-date with the location and status of your order. If you have not received a track & trace code within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

I am otherwise engaged at the delivery moment, what do I do?

In case you are not available, the package will be offered to you another time. In case the carrier has made two unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will receive a pick-up notice for a post office in the vicinity of the delivery address.

Can my order be sent to a delivery address outside of the Netherlands?

Our webshop offers shipment options to the Netherlands and Belgium. Please contact us if you would like to discuss a shipment to other European countries.

Returns

Under which conditions can I return my order?

We allow our customers to make returns under the following conditions:

The article was damaged during shipment (please attach a photo)
The wrong article was shipped
The order has been cancelled

In accordance with the ‘Wet Koop op Afstand’, customers have the right to return their online purchase within 7 business days of delivery. Products can be returned to Lijmpartner BV within this timeframe given that the product has not been tainted or used. Shipping costs for returning the product lie with the customer. Please notify us via email (info@lijmpartner.nl) before returning the order. When a package is not accepted at delivery, we are forced to charge the customer with full amount of (shipping) costs associated with the order.

How do I return my order?

Please send an email to info@lijmpartnershop.nl with the following information:

Name and address
Order reference number
Name and type of article
Reason you wish you return the article
Whether you would like to get a new article or a refund

We will timely contact you to ensure a swift return process.

Please ensure the package is wrapped properly and franked correctly, since the sender holds responsibility for the costs and risks of (return) shipments.

When will the purchase amount be refunded to me?

When the returned articles arrive back at our offices unused and undamaged, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 business days. You can help us refund the money back to you as soon as possible by adding a copy of the purchasing invoice and your bank details.
