Technicoll 9545 is a flexible<\/strong> cyanoacrylate glue, designed to attach little parts<\/strong> of plastic, rubber, metal, leather, wood, ceramic, porcelain, paper and textile with each other. Technicoll 9545 can also connect PE, PP, POM and TPE after pre-treating<\/strong> the materials with the Technicoll 9605-1 Primer. This cyanoacrylate with a medium viscosity<\/strong> is used for gluing surfaces with a high dynamic- and temperature load<\/strong>. Furthermore, is the glue flexible and has a good impact<\/strong> and moist<\/strong> resistance<\/strong>.<\/div>\n

It is necessary that the surfaces are clean<\/strong>, especially free from oils, fat and release compounds. Because of the flexibility of the glue, it can be applied by dripping it on the surfaces. The hardening time<\/strong> varies strongly with the materials. The initial binding<\/strong> is reached within the upcoming time frame:<\/div>\n

– Metal (steel) + metal (steel): circa 30 to 75 seconds.<\/p>\n

– Elastomer (EPDM) + elastomer (EPDM): circa 3 to 10 seconds.<\/p>\n

– ABS + ABS: circa 4 to 12 seconds.<\/p>\n
