The most common applications are on thermoplastics, glass and lacquered\/covered surfaces and metals. Moreover, is the PU glue <strong>transparent, flexible and UV-resistance<\/strong>. This product hardens very quick and has a <strong>short processing time<\/strong>. Materials which are connected with this glue, could be metals (aluminium, steel, stainless steel), glass, wood and thermoplastic synthetics (ABS, PMMA, PC, PVC, PS). With the Accobond Synthetic Primer the adhesive strength on hard to bond surfaces will get even bigger. Examples of applications are: machine covers, plastic adhesions and constructions or filling holes in housing. This product contains 50 ml duo cartridges.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"short-description\">Joint surfaces have to be <strong>dry<\/strong> and <strong>clean<\/strong>, but mostly free of oil, grease or solvents. In many cases, sanding the surface beforehand will strengthen the connection. Technicoll 9430-1 is available in cartridges and is applied with the use of a mixertip. The cartridge is placed in a <strong>glue gun<\/strong>, for example the DuoMix-Bond (dubbelloops). The lid will be removed and a small amount of glue will be discharged to make sure both components can flow freely. Apply the mixertip firmly and throw away the first 3 cm of the glue to guarantee the<strong> right mixing ratio<\/strong> of both components. The glue is applied as a bead form or as a thin layer to bond the surfaces together. Joints of circa 1 mm or more can be filled. During the hardening process the components are to be fixated. When you are done, you remove and cleanse the mixer tip and places the lid back on. When the glue is applied with in-between stops, longer than the <strong>8 minute processing time<\/strong>, it is recommended to have extra mixertips on hand. The PU glue hardens at <strong>room temperature within 7 days<\/strong>. After 45 minutes at room temperature, the treatment strength will be reached. The hardening time can be shortened by raising the temperature.
